Question / Help i really stuck with black screen on recorded

everything work with OBS preview but when i watch in recorded, it all black screen. As i look up in internet it say "need another video adapter" and i don't have another.... what should i do :(

i try media player, it won't play, i try VLC, it won't let me work and i also check video maker, it all black
