Question / Help I need Best OBS settings for my set up

I would like some help with my OBS settings with my setup dont link me to the estimator as i have already tried that, i know there are work around to get better quality. with my upload i know the best i can get is 480p around 30fps and i can counter the pixelation with a medium or slow preset.

my specs if they are needed:

Intel i5 3570k @ 3.4Ghz
XFX Radeon HD 7870 2GB
Crucial ballistix DDR 4X4
Coolmaster 850W PSU
ASUS P8Z77-V Motherboard
3TB Hard-drive
128GB SSD

You will not get more out of that with that upload. The settings your described are the best we can give you.
