Question / Help I cant seem to figure out whats wrong

Whenever i start streaming r recording it stops at the first frame and freezes but there is still audio, apparently u must torn down ur settings, but i dont think my CPU is really that craappy

Your CPU is probably that crappy, that or your video card. Post an OBS log file from a five minute or longer attempt.
