Question / Help I can't remove a thumbnail from the screen?! I don't even know how to identify this problem for a solution

I have a thumbnail from my camera source that is NOT on the list for input/output in my selections but it is in the exact center of my preview window and it shows up in all my recordings (naturally). Problem is, I don't know how it got there or how to get it out. It literally shows up in every single recording "scene" set up I have configured but with no actual setting for me to remove it with.

That's so funny because... I did. Unless there is some other way to switch between scenes that I am unaware of. The one I am familiar with is where you switch scenes and your studio/preview screen changes to reflect the new scene you just switched to.... and it does... except that damn thumbnail never goes away no matter which scene I switch to.

So if there is something I am missing here, please clarify the steps YOU are referring to because clearly I am not doing it.
