Question / Help How to set up OBS on MAC

Hello, i bought MacBook pro retina and I don't know how to right set up OBS for playing League of Legends. I have avarage upload 95 mb per sec and my specifications are:


RAM: 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3
Procesor: 2,7 GHz Intel Core i5
Graphic card: Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB

Can someone help me please ? I will be really glad :)
