How to avoid Mirror Effect when you want to show what you're doing on OBS?

Hi, I'd like to create little tutorials combining Streamerbot and OBS features such as "how to create a follow alert". It means I have to show what happens in my OBS when I create scenes and sources. Moreover, I'd like to record with OBS.

Unfortunately, when I use a screen capture a mirror effect manifests. It prevents me from showing what happens in the scene properly.

Is there a way to avoid that or am I forced to use 2 separate PCs and OBS software?

You can run obs two times on the same pc. One does your recording and stays minimized, the other instance is what you want to show.
