Question / Help How do I set h264 parameter (like pix_fmt)

I'm trying to add an encoder parameter for pix_fmt=yuv420p. It appears that by default OBS is streaming out
yuvj420p(pc) (at least that's what ffprobe is stating when I look at the stream)

The stream is coming off of Red5 Pro server, which OBS is feeding.

Any ideas how to customize that? I tried adding "pix_fmt=yuv240p" in the "x264 Options" entry in Advanced Output mode settings.
