How do I mute audio from a certain window while still making it so you can hear in the recording?
I muted the window using "App volume and device preferences" I made sure the internal game audio is full volume. But for some reason obs is not picking up in the internal audio even though I'm using "Application Audio Capture". What's going on?

Application Audio Capture is only for separating the audio tracks after OBS receives the audio.
You are muting the App before it gets to OBS, so OBS can't hear it.

You will need to separate the audio before it gets to OBS so that OBS deals with the audio to the audience one way and you get to deal with the duplicate audio to your speakers another way.

Consider using a Virtual Audio Cable, or 3rd party software like Voicemeeter Banana to control what you hear.
