Question / Help How can I reduce in-game lag when streaming?

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor
- w/ Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB FTW ACX

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+

RAM: 8gbs

Upload Speed: 4.43 Mbps
- 16 ping/66.32Mbps download speed
- Normally 47-49ms in LoL

Monitor Resolution: 2560 x 1080

I'm not sure exactly what setting I should have. I am playing LoL and my ms jumps up to 70-90ms when I start streaming. Can anyone help?

Does anyone have any idea? I searched up everything about this. My CPU should be able to allow me to stream and play games. I do not understand why I have so much lag. I don't know how to create a log to show you guys either.
