So I was testing some things around with OBS and I found that I can't use the assigned hotkeys in OBS unless OBS is in the foreground when it should work even while it's in the background and I hit my assigned hotkeys. I have my hotkeys assigned to Alt+NumPad keys, ie; Alt+Num 1 to Stop/Start Stream, and Alt+Num 2 to Stop/Start Recording. I believe it might be similar to this issue here maybe: https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...global-not-working-when-obs-not-active.36028/ that it doesn't play nice with Modifier Keys mixed with Numpad keys.
