so normally when i stream, the quality of both my side and stream side are well! no issue considering my specs:

i9-7900x
1070ti
32 RAM
For some reason, as of recently i have been getting lower FPS counts in game for me, significant drops! for ex. League of legends ( non-intense game) normally i get 400 fps or so, now im getting 60 or less while streaming.
Im lookin at my task manager and i see 78-90% usage for my GPU and obs seems to take up a ton. i would appreciate some OBS/PC experts to help me out.
