Question / Help High cpu usage x264, bad quality NVENC + bad webcam quality ???

Hello, i have problem.
My SPEC:
AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE 3.6GHz
GTX750ti
8GB RAM Kingston Fury
Win 10 64 bit
UPLOAD: 5Mbit

x264: I tried stream ROCKET LEAGUE. I change resulution in OBS to 1.50,1.75,2,2.25,2.50 .... (downscale)
And not help.

nvenc: Resolution in OBS = 1280x720
Preset: Hight Quality
But quality is really bad...

Can u help me? What i can do ? With my quality?
My webcam is 720p.

After attempting to stream with webcam so I have really bad quality and i am not visible on webcam ... (pixels)

Can anyone help me ?

I would say 540p30 is possible with your CPU on veryfast Preset.

Streaming 720p60 with 2500 Bitrate on NVENC can only cause horrible pixelation due to performance oriented encoding, NVENC will generally look rather pixelated except if you start feeding the encoder with bitrate.

--> The best NVENC Preset should be hqll (High Quality Low Latency)

If you want 720p I would suggest streaming x264 with 720p30 on superfast Preset.

CSGO is one of the few games that look actually decent even at 540p and since 720p30 on superfast Preset in any shooter will result in rather bad quality I would suggest testing 540p30 for CSGO and also limit your FPS in CSGO to 100
