Question / Help High Cpu Usage windows 10

Hello folks, I try to set-up obs for my Overwatch Streaming channel, i've ddone all setting in osb classi but after a few streaming minuti in the left down corner of obs appear this warning: High CPU Usage.... Anyone know how can i fix them??

Posting a log is easier and your settings are also quite ... interesting.

Then again please post a Log first.

Bitrate Buffer should be the same. Twitch wants a Keyfram intervall of 2 Seconds not 1 and default scene buffering time should be 700 not 400
