"Hide OBS windows from screen capture" - no option latest version

I have a Window Capture set up - I want to stream a website as I am on it.

But it shows infinite windows, just repeated over and over.

I saw several YouTube tutorials of how how to fix it by going to: Settings > General and ticking the "Hide OBS windows from screen capture" option.

But this does not show in mine. I have the latest version. I'm on a Mac.

How can I fix this?
