My TWITCH is falling all the time, idk what this problem.
My spec, i5 4440, gtx 9704gb , 8gb ram.
Network " GVT ( BRAZIL )

I tried to use the three servers
São Paulo, Chile and Rio de Janeiro

trying calling your internet service provider and ask them to uncap your upload speed or to increase your speed for a long time I had an upload of 1mbs then I called BT and they replaced a full mile of ethernet and network cables outside the house for free now I get between 5 and 8 mbs

That result indicates the internet connection isn't usable for streaming.
