Monitor capture is the worst/slowest capture method. It should only be used as a very last-resort.

You need to set up two scenes; one with a Window Capture for the menu/launcher, and one with a Game Capture for the actual in-game executable (LoL is two separate programs). There's an auto-scene-switcher plugin that will automatically swap to the in-game scene for you when it detects the in-game executable starting up (when you enter a match), and back to the menu/launcher scene when it exits (if you set that one as the default scene for the switcher plugin).

It appears that your network connection is dropping frames badly as well. Run the 6MB test at http://testmy.net/upload which will tell you how much constant throughput you have (livestreaming and game network communications use this, so remember to reserve some for the game network comms!) as opposed to the 'dead file' transfers that speedtest.net checks, and most ISPs advertise.

The problem is that i got a black screen with the game capture , there is only the league of legends cursor

Ah, you're on a laptop with two GPUs. Missed that on the first reading, as Monitor Capture is the most common LoL streaming problem when it comes to slowdown.
You'll need to force everything to the discrete graphics card, and set OBS to use that one; it's most likely that your 2D applications (desktop, windows, etc) are running on the Intel chip, and 3D mode programs (the LoL in-game client) are running on the nVidia. OBS can only use one or the other, and can't switch between them on-the-fly.

Otherwise, you might get slight gains by disabling Aero... but don't really expect a miracle.

He is on Windows 8. Monitor capture on Windows 8 is actually very good. The window capture + game capture method is still preferred, but Windows 8 Monitor capture is just dandy. That is not the problem.

He is not lagging frames, and his scene preprocess time is fine. Instead, he's dropping a lot of frames.

Can you run ShaperProbe and paste the results? http://www.cc.gatech.edu/~partha/diffpr ... probe.html

Are you streaming over wireless?

DiffProbe release. January 2012. Build 1008.
Shaper Detection Module.

Connected to server 4.71.254.162.

Estimating capacity:
Upstream: 890 Kbps.
Downstream: 14070 Kbps.

The measurement will take upto 2.5 minutes. Please wait.

Checking for traffic shapers:

Upstream: Measurement aborted due to high packet loss rate.

Game capture still not work with nvidia instead of intel.
I use ethernet.

That's bad. Something's wrong with your upload connection and you are dropping lots of packets. Either there's a problem with your internal network (router, QoS, etc.) or a problem with your ISP.

Well, to start with, what happens when you run ShaperProbe while plugged directly into your modem, bypassing your router?

Seems like your router was getting in the way, somehow. Either something is faulty, or you configured something wrong.
