Not sure where I should be posting this but . When I got to install OBS it is giving me this error

Extract: graphics-hook32.dll
Can't write: C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio\data\obs-plugins\win-capture\graphics-hook64.dll

It will not proceed past this point. I have uninstalled and deleted the windows folder for OBS and reinstalled. What prompted this was from time to time . I go to record and there is just a black screen. No snap , no nothing. So yeah, Please help ! Thank you in advance.

Make sure OBS and any applications/games that were being captured are closed before trying to run the update. Still getting an error? Reboot your PC and run the installer again. Be sure not to open OBS until after the install finishes.

Yo, had a similar issue when upgrading OBS studio 17, except with graphics-hook32.dll and for . I went and tried to just delete the file (restore from recycle bin later etc), and it told me chrome was using it. Quitting chrome completely allowed the update to happen no issue.
