Question / Help Gameplay when Live-Streaming looks "far away"?

Hey guys & gals.

So I've come across this problem, really only when trying to live-stream games on the PC. It's an odd issue, but maybe I'm perhaps doing something incorrectly that's causing it? I have the issue both on Xsplit and OBS and am trying to get to the bottom of it. The issue is when live-streaming, my gameplay looks..far away.

For example, when streaming starcraft 2, the actual stream feed of the gameplay makes it look like I'm watching from more of a distance up, if that makes any sense. Say I'm at my mineral main, and I'm making drones, my hatchery will look much more further away on stream than it would while I'm actually playing. Another easier way to explain this is, also when streaming, the text is so small on the game it's unreadable, everything just looks so much smaller on the stream feed. Here's a link to one of my past short test broadcasts that demonstrates what I'm talking about. http://www.twitch.tv/w3g_glake/b/419367635

Here are my system specs and stream settings.

CPU: Intel Core i5 3450 @ 3.10 GHz
Ram: 8GB
OS: Windows 7 64bit

Max Bitrate: 4000
Burffer Size: 5000
Quality 10
Base Resolution: 1600 x 900
Resolution downscale: 1280 x 720
FPS 35

Upload 5.16

I've tried 1600 x 900 as a resolution for streaming and still get the issue. I almost feel like as if the issue is because of the window size of OBS, if I put the window into full-screen, everything is much more close up and more visible, but since it does not stream according to the screen length of the capture software, it doesn't make a difference. It could be anything, my CPU, upload, not quite sure, really hoping someone could clear this up, and sorry for the long post.

I watched VOD and I have no idea what you mean. The stream looks fine...are you sure it's not just an optical illusion?
