I have been messing around with OBS today and still can't find the right settings.
I have been testing with TF2 today.
Specs are-
3770k @ 4.1
16gb ram
p8z77 v pro
2x GTX 680 FTW+ in Sli
I use a 144hz monitor as well

even though it shows as running at 120 fps the game seems to run really slow, not necessarily lagging though. this is way more noticeable when i tried doing a few practice streams to twitch. This what almost every video looked like.

http://www.twitch.tv/enilsen16/b/418819506

what am i doing wrong?
my upload is quoted at 10mbps but TestMy.net qouted me more around 7.5mbps.

Heres my latest log-

I am also wondering if a capture card, like the AVermedia Live Gamer HD, would allow for stability on games like Dayz or WoW?
I also own a macbook pro and i know OBS doesn't work with macs (yet, maybe someday) but is there a way to use my macbook pro as my streaming computer? if so, how?

Does the same thing happen when you disable the Automatic Low Latency tuning? That setting should only be messed with if you are given specific instructions to do so for troubleshooting.

Nothing else in your log file stands out to me, no dropped frames, no lagged frames.

You should try using Window Capture with Aero Enabled.
Since you are running SLI, gamecapture could possibly run into the problem of capturing not all frames, since part of them are rendered on the other GPU.

Go to nvidia control panel >3d settings find the game then crank the "maximum pre rendered frames" setting up to 4.
