Question / Help Game/Desktop Audio not being Streamed/Recorded

I do not know what I could be doing wrong or missing, but the only problem I have when Im streaming is that the Game im playing cant be heard, only my voice and stream alerts.

I set the desktop audio to default and it started showing the green line of the stream i was watching. Part of it could be that i enabled the Realtek Digital Audio Mixer/Device
