Question / Help Game Capture Not working after windows re-install

Before I re-installed windows, my game capture worked perfectly. Now it doesn't. It's a black screen, with the outline flasing for a brief second occasionally. CTRL + R does not help the situation. I stream ROBLOX, with the occasional variety game. Please help me out. I gotta be back streaming ASAP!
