Question / Help Game capture and window capture do not work! Please help

I've been browsing the internet for hours trying to resolve this problem! Using display capture is out of my comfort zone and I really would like to get this fixed

I do not have duo graphics cards and I'm using a desktop PC
Running OBS as admin and in compatibility mode has not done anything
OpenGL is turned off on my Photoshop, but it still doesn't show up in OBS

Window capture sometimes picks up Chrome but other than that it's extremely unreliable, oddly enough, Drawpile (digital painting software) shows up from time to time in the menu

Game capture does not pick up anything at all
