Hi.

I've been searching high and low for a solution and I think that I have tried everyting.
I do som recording and streaming with OBS and here the other day, just after I recieved the OBS 20.0.1 update strange things started to happend.

First the hardware.
i7-5820K(Not OC), 32GB DDR4 RAM (1200MHz) and a Zotac GFX 970AMP! 4GB.

These are ther very basic. I reside on a 80/80mbit fiber connection and never had a problem with it and my ISP deliever closer to 90/90.

I stream to youtube with a 7000bitrate, 1920x1080/60

This is OBS downscaled from 2560x1440.

now this setup has NEVER given me any problems. I have been able to stream everything from GTA V to Overwatch, to CS:GO to Minecraft without a hitch.

Then out of the blue frames are dropped. According to OBS my CPU varies from 5-6% to 50-60% depending on the game.
Now it drops a ton of frames. From 60fps to as low as 8-11FPS.

I have reinstalled OBS
I have downgraded OBS to 19.0.3
I hav reinstalled Nvidia graphics driver

And to day I went all out crazy and got a new GFX1070....

Did any of this resolve the issue? No..

So at rock bottom I need serious assistance as I can not figure this one out.

P.S. it seems the forum wont accept my logfile so a small copy paste from two logfiles until I get the actual logfiles added.

Also try disabling Windows 10 gaming mode.

Disabled. Did nothing :(

I can always quick check wheter it is still an issue. When OBS is running while I play my games I can watch the "live" CPU/FPS at the bottom right corner of OBS. It's like a live feed of how bad things would be if I streamed or recorded.

OBS does not tell me that things are overloaded and that I should select different settings.

The only game I can stream/record at the moment is Minecraft :)

On another note. If I disable OBS preview window things get a little better then it usually "only" drops to 25-33FPS.
