Question / Help Frame rate drops immediately when I start a stream

I've been streaming Destiny for Xbox One for 2 months now and have not had this issue once. All of a sudden Sunday, Monday, and now today whenever I start a stream my frame rates drop and badly. My stream because frozen and I honestly have no idea why. I have done speedtests on my internet I have called my internet provider and the manufacturer of my router and nothing is changing. I also downloaded OBS on another stronger laptop and it does the same thing. PLEASE HELP!

Having same issue but mine is at 63%

I'm tinkering around with various video frame rates in settings but its seems to me a KILLER computer is needed. Example: Macbook Pro 2015 2.7 i5 has 60% frame rate drop.

Macbook Pro 2011 dual core has a 80% frame rate drop

Custom build 6 core PC 3.7ghz with 32gb ram has less than 10% frame rate drop

If you're running it on Studio Mode, that might cause it. Try taking it off the studio mode.

turning off studio mode fixed my fps drop. went from 15 to 30.
