Hello everyone!
First I'm new here and i'm French btw so I'm sorry if my English is not that good ^^ !
So i'm asking your help for a problem I have only on this game when I'm streaming. To resume the problem, when I stream on Twitch.tv some League of Legends games I have some FPS drops on the game (without the stream I have around 150-200 FPS and with the stream something like 40 FPS and it isn't constant framerate). However there are not that much FPS drops on the stream (you can check my log file).
I have a pretty good upload speed (around 20 MB/s) and I tried everything: every bitrates, change resolutions, change CPU settings, downscale filter... I still have these FPS drops which are really annoying.
I don't say that my settings are perfect but I really don't see where the problem is. So here's my log file if you want to check it: https://pastebin.com/pwSbu1SL

P.S. : I'm on Windows 10 and I used "game capture" for League of Legends and not "Monitor Capture" :)
