Hi, I'm a new twitch streamer and I'm noticing that I'm getting frame stutter on stream. I don't know if it's a problem with OBS or a problem with twitch.
Anyways, my stream settings are as listed below:
Rescaled Output: 1280x720
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 4000
Keyframe: 2
CPU usage: faster
Profile: main
Tune: None
For video settings, I have;
Base Resolution: 1920x1080
Output Resolution: 1280x720
Downscale Filter: Lanczros
FPS: 29.97
I've tried to increase my FPS but it looks terrible on stream, so I keep it at around 30. I'm willing to try anything though, because it is really annoying to see the stream running smoothly one minute and the next have it be really laggy.
I'd like help as soon as anyone is available cause I've been trying to fix this problem for a while.
