Question / Help Fortnite Stream Lags After a Couple of Games

Greetings! Some friends have encouraged me to start streaming but I'm running into some FPS problems. I usually run Fortnite around 120 FPS with 1080p when not streaming. However, when I stream it would be incredibly laggy. Sometimes, I'll be able to stream and play the first game or two with around 80-110 FPS smoothly. After that, the FPS would have a deep decline. It would be around 40-50 and sometimes it would even be 20-30. The next games would stay at that FPS and even when I stop streaming and close OBS, my game would remain incredibly laggy. I also tested various OBS settings and currently have my output at 720p as well as my resolutions. What is going on? And what should I do?

Thank You!

My OBS settings are currently:
