Question / Help FLV Help!

When I make a recording when its done it is a .flv file! Quicktime cannot read .flv files and premiere pro can either! How do I change the export to export in .mov or .mp4 or something that quicktime can read?

BTW im on a mac book pro

OBS Mac currently does not support wrappers other than FLV, but you can quickly convert a file MP4 using Remux (free, available at http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/35968/remux ). Download and launch it, drag the file you want onto the window, select "mp4" from the dropdown, and hit Go; and MP4 will be created with no quality loss.
