Question / Help Finding my correct streaming settings

I want to start, or at least try, livestreaming. My Internet is not the best but I had quite seen some examples of people livestreaming pretty decent on a low Down/Up speed.

My internet speed:

Between 7 mbps and 7.6 mpbs DOWN (7.3 Average)
0.641 mbps UP (or 641 kbps, whatever you prefere)

My PC setup:

OS: Windows 10 64 bit
RAM: 8 GB
CPU: AMD FX-4100 2.4 GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon 6900 HD Series 2 GB


My Main aim is to stream Old School Runescape, and a faster-pased game like Shadow of Mordor.

I have found a guide on this site regarding figuring out your settings, but because I am pretty bad regarding all the terms and whatever more I wonder If anyone else could (help) figure out what my optimal settings could be?

Try a bitrate of 500 at 240p. Use a slower preset if you can.

Start with veryfast and stop when your CPU is struggling.
