hi ,
I can't start OBS ,I getting the fallowing error :" Failed to initialize video:Unspecified error"

That is likely the problem; OBS requires hardware support to run, so it's probable that the integrated graphics doesn't have this support.
You should probably get a GPU anyways. If you don't plan on playing games, a cheap (but relatively new) card will suffice. If you DO plan on playing games on this computer, get something really nice, because you'll need it. Integrated is no way to run games, believe me.

i got the same problem, but my version is different, when i first started to use it(after the download) it was working, but thee lives after, it started to say Failed to initialize video: Unspecified error
and i don't know why it does that. the only thing i know about my laptop is that it runs on windows 7, its old and its REALLY slow i really dont know what to do
