Question / Help Facebook Live Does Not Work!

I enter in URL and then Stream key in preferences

Go to OBS live window and click Start Streaming

Then get this pop up message 'Failed to connect to server'

This was very annoying as i missed delivering a facebook live event last night OBS you let me down!

If OBS do not care about their customers is there anyone that can please help fix it?
