Question / Help EZCAP 282 can it stream

just like the title says can my
EZCap 282 capture card stream because i got everything set up but its not showing on the video capture device when i click on devices it doesnt pop but please help

I'm also having this problem on my EZCap282 capture card, I just got it for Christmas and I just required all the necessary parts and the device won't read on OBS, what should I do?
