Bug Report Errors Launching OBS

I'm on windows 10. I just installed obs and when I launch either 64-bit or 32-bit I get the error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."
Clicking OK when I launch the 32bit version does allow the program to run however.

I've tried running dxwebsetup and DSFix. DSFix reports everything matches correctly.

Chatting with DWKnight on IRC pointed me to this bit of information: "Visual Studio 2013 runtimes may be required by certain plugins. Download and install bothvcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784"

I downloaded the x86 and 64bit version. Running them already said they were both installed.
I ran repair on both of them and it fixed the problem I was having.
