Question / Help -Error-You can open the recorded file with OBS

and it was one hour recording and suddenly my computer was shut down, the back, I see that the file is, but when trying to open, I jump a message that '' A problem was encountered when playing the file '' http://imgur.com/a/lDc5M [IMG] as seen in the image.
What happened? Any solution? What should I do?

The file is most likely lost. In the future use a more resilient container format like FLV or MKV.
