Bug Report Error: Texture->Map failed: 0x887a0005 0x887a0007

I was streaming and this error popped up. Not the first time that happens.
I don't believe it's an error with the video card/drivers though as only OBS crashed and i was able to keep playing league of legends. It also happened once while I was playing Diablo 3 and while watching a stream on my other monitor. The issue only made OBS crash but neither of the games was even freezing for a bit.

PC Specs:
- AMD FX 6300 3.5ghz
- 8gram (2x4) Corsair Vengeance
- AMD Radeon R9 280x

Also, I downloaded a plugin to automatically change scenes but the error has been there since before I was using this plugin. I was no longer using monitor capture when the error popped up the last time.

This usually happens due to bad drivers or an unstable / overclocked GPU.

Any way on how to fix it? I reinstalled my video drivers and the rror is still going.
