Whenever I record at the start 50/50 chance of PC freezing entirely causing minecraft to crash and OBS saying "Encoding Overloaded", I have task manager opened on my 2nd monitor shows whenever this happens CPU usage stays at 70% GPU usage jumps from 60% to 90%, it is normally at 60%-70% while recording (MC using 30% and OBS using 30%/40%)

240FPS @720p Bilinear filter
CBR 30000 bitrate
N.VENC H.264
Pc specs:
i5 7600k
16GB ram
GTX 1070
(I don't think my PC is underpowered being the case like in a lot of other threads, i've been using these recording settings for quite a while now, never had any problems till today + while recording can still maintain 500+ fps in game)
