I both tried to use x264, HEVC as well as AVC Encoder but nothing seems to change when it comes to how laggy my recording ends up.
It's getting really frustrating and I just hope somebody is able to help.
I'm not quite the professional but It's probably some kind of GPU issue but honestly I don't know.

- i7 8700k
- RX 580 8GB
- 16 GB RAM
