Question / Help Encoding overload after update

Hello,

After the last 2 updates of OBS Studio I am having problems with my encoding, it keeps saying it is overloaded. Before those 2 updates I could record my videos fine without a problem saying it was overloaded. I am using the same settings when I was recording using the last 2 updates. Its says CPU usage around 60%-70%, before those 2 updates it was like 0%-25%. I am using the NVENC H.264.
Please help me with this! If you need some pics of my settings please ask!

Specs:
Motherboard : H77H2 EM V1 (It's an OEM)
CPU : Intel Core i5-3450 @3,10Ghz-3,50Ghz
GPU : Nvidia Geforce GT630 2GB (MSI OEM)
RAM : 8GB @667 MHz (2x4GB)

In what bizarro universe were you able to encode 1080p120 with that hardware? You should be using something like 720p30. Also, connect both monitors to the NVIDIA GPU. Having one on the iGPU will cause further performance issues.
