Question / Help Dropped frames, red square problem with good internet connection and default settings in any bitrate

Even on 720p 2500 bitrate stream is lagging and have dropped frames and red square in OBS. I also tried recommended settings for twitch. There was no such problem before. I have this internet speed: https://www.speedtest.net/result/9390966221.png
Auto config recommend me this setting, which is absurd (480p rly?)
