Question / Help Dropped frames but only when I stream on twitch.

Hey! I've been trying to get to the bottom of this today because I am sick of the issues I have been having and just want to stream. Whenever I try to stream to twitch, I get huge dips in my upload speed. I have used the twitch test and it says i can do 7000kb which I only do 5k. I've stress tested my upload with other services as well and I don't have any issues when using it. I only get the dips when streaming to twitch. I can post the logs if needed just let me know
