Question / Help Dota 2 stream lags every 10 to 15 seconds for a little moment

Hello,

Whenever I try to stream Dota 2 at Twitch, my stream is mostly working perfectly, but the only truble I have is the fact every 10 to 15 seconds my stream freezes for a second, and does it all the time. I am not using any other internet using programs while streaming, other than YouTube and Twitch itself. Also I have tried switching from Auto server to Stockholm, Sweden, as I am located very much near it, but it changed nothing.

According to your bandwidth test, you have an upload speed of 3.7 MBps. According to your OBS logfile, you're trying to stream with a bitrate of 4000, which is 4 MBps. This is about 9% more than your available bandwidth, and as a result you're getting about 10% dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth.
Once, you tried to stream with 3000 bitrate and got no dropped frame. This is the right thing to do. Not trying to stream with a bitrate higher than your internet upload speed. 3000 was a good value.
