Bug Report CSGO GUI flashing

I've tried re installing, updating to the newest test build and everything. Nothing's worked so far, so hopefully someone here can help me out.

When I play any version of counter strike in full screen the GUI flashes really bad. It only happens in counter strike.

(video here: http://www.twitch.tv/febtv/b/361135503 )

It's been happening for a while and I don't have any idea how to fix it. I've changed all of my settings to completely different settings and still nothing.

System and stream specs below.

Stream:
bit rate 4500 ; buffer size 4500 (I can handle it, I've streamed 1080p 120fps league of legends @ 10k bitrate perfectly fine. I have 30/30 internet)
Quality balance: 10
resolution 720p, 60fps
multithreaded enabled, process priority on high
x264 preset veryfast

core i7 3770k @ 4.3GHz
8GB ddr3 ram
gtx 660 ti SC 3gb

If you have any questions let me know. I want to be able to stream in fullscreen, I can't play half as good in window mode.

thanks,
feb

It looks like you are using software capture with a fullscreen game. This will cause either a blackscreen or the flicker you are seeing. Either switch to using Game Capture, or run CS in borderless window mode

I was using game capture, and as stated above I want to try to get this fixed as I can't play competitively in window mode. It conflicts with my mouse.

You are using a hell of a lot sources there, my friend. Do you need all of them?
Please use only one game capture, and try not using monitor capture at the same time(this is the cause of the flicker).

That seems to have fixed it. I'll just make another scene for every game and monitor capture. Not that big of a deal I guess. Shouldn't have problems putting more sources on the game ones though right? Just keep monitor capture off?

If I had to guess, I'd say it should be OK to have multiple game sources in the same scene of DIFFERENT games which don't run at the same time.
But to be sure, creating a scene for each game WILL work and should be preferred, in my opinion.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the problem was because you had a monitor capture in there with a fullscreen game, even though the game source was technically on top.

You shouldn't need a different scene for every game, just one Game Capture source and then hook in each game as you need it. You definitely want a Monitor Capture source on a different scene, IMO
