Bug Report Could not connect to server

Problem accessing the DNS. (addr: live-fra.justin.tv, error:10022)

thats the error massage i constantly getting, already tried ever other server in the list as well as change my DNS to google or opendns (maybe i did something wrong).
i'm trying to stream (first time) via twitch with OBS, followed the instructions off the twitch setup guide and the preview seems to work fine (fps and upload looks stable) but when i try to start the stream, the upload stays 0 and a second later i get the error message.

Uploaded a log file with a couple of stream starts (fails) and previews.

This is usually caused by firewall / security software. Make sure OBS isn't blocked anywhere, especially if you use Comodo.

Comodo bugged out on yesterday, so i closed it and later went on instally OBS.
Today Comodo start just fine and i tried a reinstall of OBS and it seems to work just fine.
