wondering what was going on with the choppy video stream. I have a brand new MacBook Pro 16 (2019) tricked out. When I ran previous streams from my iPhone directly to FB I never had any issues. In my test streams I also did not have issues. I noticed during my countdown scene that the OBS display was glitching. This again did not happen in any of my test streams. Wondering if there are settings I can use to make the stream smooth. I would like to stream in 1080, but I think no matter what I send to FB it will get compressed to 720 correct? So would it ease the processing if I changed everything on my end to 720? I've included a logfile for reference.
