Running an Elgato HD60Pro to my streaming PC.
It's about the OBS on my Gaming PC, which does nothing but sends a fullscreen preview to the virtual monitor (capture card)
Normal FPS, without OBS running: ~ 200
FPS with OBS and Fullscreen preview: ~130 (Game in Fullscreen)
FPS with OBS and Fullscreen preview: ~ 100 (Game in Windowed borderless) + looks like 10 FPS on my monitor

I can start of with ~200 fps in windowed borderless, and within 2 minutes the game gets more and more choppy and fps get lower.
Stream is running smooth, no problems there, it's just that I literally cannot play the game myself because game looks VERY choppy.
Never had problems before the Windows update, was able to stream normally.

Already tried: Fresh installes: OBS, Windows, ALL drivers, hotfix from May 2 (get graphics offset)

Please see logfile for more info.
I am really dependend on streaming, so any help is much appreciated!
