Question / Help Can't sync audio with video

I am using OBS 0.6.4 for Mac and I watched my stream last night and realized the audio isn't in sync with the video. How can I fix that?

Where are you streaming to? I noticed when I would stream to sites like Twitch and the others in the precompiled list it would do that but if I did a custom server direct rtmp connection I wouldn't have any lag.
