Whenever I try to stream in 60fps (61 to be correct) it just puts me to 30fps all the time. and I dont want to disable aero, because it looks shit and I hate playing with it :D I don't know why, understand this. I don't want to disable aero mode, but I still want to be able to stream in 60fps.

nVidia 660 GTX
i7-3770
8GB Ram

Think thats enough.

If you have Aero enabled when using Monitor capture, your performance will be severely hit. If you have to use Monitor capture, make sure Aero is disabled. however, Monitor capture should only be used as a last resort, because there are many other better capture methods available. Window capture works great with Aero enabled, and game capture is one of the fastest capture methods possible.

What game are you streaming?

I stream Diablo 3 on twitch.tv.

I have used Game Capture on Diablo 3 not window capture since I want to stream the game, and if I have to go on the desktop people can see the stuff I have there. Isn't there a way I can stream and play in 60fps? with aero enabled ofc.

Well, you can always go for Windows 8 and get a bit more perfomance overall and don't worry about aero.
By the way you could just choose what windows you want to stream with window capture. E.g. make 3 window capture sources for diablo client, chat and chrome browser and put a background. You can always get creative this stuff.

Or a capture card would do what you want it to do, too.

Or you could disable Aero and continue using Monitor capture, if you're able to get the performance you want out of it.
