Bug Report Cant Stream And Record Using NVENC

Hey guys, i cant seem to stream and record at the same time using obs, ive always been able to do this before but for some odd reason it wont respond
im now getting a failed to start output error, not sure whats happening
Any help would be greatly appreciated

The nvidia drivers only allow you one encoder at a time, or you're overloading the video ram in your video card.
