Question / Help Cant select a file path.

Ive been using OBS for a while now for recordings and all has been fine until a recent update.

Now I cant select a folder for my videos to save into.

If I just type out the folder into the file path box the recordings save as flv files that I cant use.

Anyone had any similar issues and know a fix? It used to work before this update which is weird.

A recent change changed the default to flv instead of mp4. You can manually set it back, see here: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/changes-to-recording-format-mp4-flv-in-0-658b.52251

Or you can convert to MP4 afterwards, which is the recommended way.
