Question / Help Cannot enter stream key or stream URL

I am trying any website I can - picarto, Twitch, etc... but I can't get OBS to let me input the stream key. I know there is already a thread for this, but I read through it and didn't understand any of it. Every time I click the box to enter the stream url and stream key, it crashes.
